How do I turn on the force scan all option on GT Mobile?

Follow these steps

This setting requires users to scan each individual item when picking orders. In other words, to pick three units of the same product, three scans are needed.

When this setting is disabled, you can scan an item one time and use the pin pad to adjust the quantity.

To enable force scan all, follow these steps.

1. Select the Menu icon.
   
2. Select Settings.
   
3. Under Orders, enable Force Scan All.
