How do I sort the print order of shelf labels made using the visual editor?

Follow these steps

To sort the printing order of your shelf labels, follow these steps.

1. Select File > Data Settings.
   
2. Choose a field under Sort By and specify if it is ascending (ASC) or descending (DSC).

   

3. The sort order will be applied to all labels made using the visual editor.
