Why is a field or fields in my template generating without information for certain products?
Answer
If you have generated a template that displays complete information in the visual template editor, and on other labels or invoices that you have printed from the template, the most likely cause is missing or incomplete data for these products in GlobalTill.
For example, if your template references a promotional price, but is printing a blank box in the promotional price field for certain products, look up the products in question and double check that they each have a promotional price entered.
