How to import a BC LDB invoice

Before you start

GlobalTill accepts import files in XLXS format. At the time this article was created, the BC LDB issued invoices in XLS format. Update the file format by opening the invoice and selecting File > Save As and then selecting XLXS format before attempting the import.

How do I import my BC LDB invoice into GlobalTill?

Follow these steps

To auto-import the invoice provided by BC LDB, follow these steps.

If you haven't already, update your BC LDB invoice file to XLXS format.
Select Purchasing > Supplier Invoices.
From the wrench icon in the top right corner, select Import LDB Invoice.
Select your XLSX file and select Submit.
