Why isn't sale price reflected at the POS?

 

Question

I put a product on sale and confirmed the sale price is active in the GT Backend by referencing the On Sale Now Price (shown below). When I scan the product at the POS, the regular price appears. Why?

Answer

If you've recently set up a sale and confirmed the sale price is active in the GT Backend, but the sale price is not reflected on the POS, you likely need to reload the product data on your POS station. Follow the steps below.

Reload data at the POS

  1. From the left hand side bar of the POS, select the Product List.
  2. Select Reload products.
