What is a PO artifact file and when should I use it?

If you have ever wonder how the GT Backend determines what gets ordered using Advanced Fill, we recommend you download the PO Artifact File. Use this tool to find out why a product was or wasn’t added to your PO.

The PO artifact file can be accessed by selecting Actions > Download Artifact from the purchase order in question.

Here you can review what your minimum or on hand was for a product at the time you generated the Purchase Order, and how many units and cases needed to be ordered to meet your requirements. The artifact file also shows you what parameters were set in the PO Options, as well as products flagged Do Not Reorder.
