How do I force a user to change a password?

Follow these steps

In addition to periodic security checks, this function is especially useful when you want to go ahead and set up a new user, but also want to have them choose their own password when first logging into the GT Backend.

To force a password change, follow these steps.

Select Settings > User Management.
Locate the user account for which you wish to force a password change. Then select Actions > Force Change Password.
Check Force Change Password and select Submit. The user will be required to enter a new password upon next login.
