How do I add additional account contacts to a customer profile?

Follow these steps

Add a billing, ordering, or administrative contact to a customer profile by following these steps.

  1. Select Customers > Lists.
  2. Select View Customer.

  3. From the Account Contacts tab, select Add Contact.

  4. Enter the Customer Contact Information and select Submit.
