Subnets

Your iCT250 debit terminal and your GlobalTill machine must be on the same subnet to communicate. When we see an IP like 192.168.X.100 - X will be the subnet.

If your GlobalTill POS is at 192.168.1.101 and your iCT250 is at 192.168.0.100, communication will not be possible because they are on separate subnets.

Some computers have multiple network adapters. For example, your POS computer could be connected both to Wi-Fi and a wired Ethernet connection. We advise you only connect to 1 at a time. Consult instructions for your OS for more information.
