How do I reset a user's password for the ordering portal?

Follow these steps

  1. Select Customers > List.
  2.  Locate the customer and select View Customer.
  3. Select the Account Contacts tab.
  4. Under the Portal User column, select  Manage User.
  5. Select Actions > Reset Password.
