How to merge customer orders

Orders must have the same customer and status of either "open" or "picked" in order to be merged.

How do I merge customer orders?

Follow these steps

  1. Select Selling > Customer Orders.
  2. Select the orders to be merged. Use the Shift key to select two at a time.  



  3. Once the orders are selected, select Merge Orders.



  4. The orders will be merged into a single customer order.
