How to view return record information

How do I  review return record information?

Follow these steps

When a store’s POS settings have turned on Require Detailed Customer Return Info, the reason for a customer return will be recorded on the invoice in the GT Backend. To view the reason:

  1. View the return Invoice.

  2. Select Return Record.

  3. Review return details.
