How to upload a Microsoft Word template

This article applies to Microsoft Word based templates only.

Question

How do I import an existing MS Word template into my template listing?

Answer

1. Go to Settings > Advanced > Template Manager.
2. Select Actions > Add Template.
3. Enter the name of your template, and choose the template type from the dropdown menu. Select Choose File to select the Word template you wish to import, and select Submit.
   
   

     Heads up

   The template type determines where the template is accessible in the GT Backend. For example, only template types designated as Label Template are visible in the Sale Management > Print Label dropdown.
