Are shipping charges or delivery fees on orders imported from WooCommerce?

Answer

Yes. If you create a shipping SKU in GlobalTill, and assign the SKU as your store's default shipping charge, shipping charges will be imported from WooCommerce.

To ensure your shipping charge is set up correctly:

1. Ensure your GlobalTill store has a shipping SKU setup so WooCommerce has a place to send the shipping charges. 
2. Ensure the shipping SKU is assigned to be the Default shipping charge under Settings > Store Settings > Edit Store > Advanced Tab > Default shipping charge.

That's it! Now when the order is imported, shipping and handling fees will populate in a field on the customer order called order charge. When the order is converted to an invoice, GlobalTill will auto add the shipping SKU at the correct dollar value.
