Can you undo picking an item without deleting the line?

Answer

Yes. You can undo a line item you picked.

1. Select the line.
2. Select Edit.
3. Remove the Quantity Picked.

Or, if you're at the scan and pick screen:

1. Scan the item
2. Enter it in a negative quantity to reverse the picking. For example, if you accidentally pick an item and the quantity is 2, you can scan it again and enter in -2 to unpick that line.
