Follow the steps below to create or update customer profiles in Frontline.

Create a new customer profile

To create a new customer profile in Frontline, follow these steps.

  1. Login to Frontline. You might have a company specific URL, otherwise go to frontline.globaltill.com
  2. Under Customers, select Customer List.
  3. Select New Customer. This button may display as New Points Customer if your store uses a points program.
  4. Enter the customer details and select Submit.
  5. At the POS, re-sync your data by selecting the Health Indicator or by entering ..1 into the login keypad.
  6. Select Customer to search for and add your new customer to the transaction.

Update an existing customer profile

To edit an existing customer profile in Frontline, follow these steps.

    1. Login to Frontline. You might have a company specific URL, otherwise go to frontline.globaltill.com.
    2. Under Customers, select Customer List.
    3. Search for and select the customer you wish to edit.
    4. Edit the customer details and select Submit.
    5. At the POS, re-sync your data to reflect profile changes by selecting the Health Indicator or by entering ..1 into the login keypad.
