Can I sync all product and inventory data to Shopify without waiting for the regular overnight syncing?

Answer

At this time, there is no way to manually initiate a mass sync.

Individual products can be synced by going to the Web Data tab and selecting Shopify Sync - Full Update.

Our support team will do our best to accommodate sync requests prior to an event or milestone, e.g. a big sale that will be happening on X date, so long as there is at least 24 advance hours notice. This is done when possible and is not a guaranteed service.
