Why isn't the WP All Import sync running as per schedule?



The All Import WordPress plugin is only syncing periodically. We have the plugin scheduled to sync every 30 minutes, but it’s not running every 30 minutes. We have the Scheduling Licence Key installed, and there are no errors being displayed. Why isn't the sync running as per the schedule?


GlobalTill, unfortunately, has no ability to see exactly what could be causing issues with scheduling as this is triggered by WP All Import directly.

You will switch from automatic scheduling to manual scheduling and follow the instructions on the format in the linked article. Then, follow the instructions specific to the web control panel you use, or set it up via classical cron via the command line.
