How do I export my web product data from GlobalTill?

Follow these steps

To export web data from GlobalTill, follow these steps.

Get your store's authorization code

If you already have your store's authorization code, proceed to the next section.

1. Login to the GT Backend and paste the following URL into the search bar:
   office.globaltill.com/globaltill/external-update/get-auth/
   
2. Press enter to be redirected to a screen that will display your 4-5 digit authorization code. Write this code down, or copy it into a notepad.
   

Generate the web data export

Generate the web data export using the authorization code.

1. Return to the GT home page, and paste the following URL into the search bar—replacing the trailing XXXXs with your store's authorization code:
   office.globaltill.com/globaltill/external-update/product/XXXX
   
2. Press enter to download a CSV file containing your store's web product data.
