How do I change a product description at the POS?

Follow these steps

When Open Description Items is enabled, a salesperson can select the product description at the POS to change it. The updated description is reflected on the POS receipt and on the invoice in the GT Backend for that particular transaction only.

To change the description, follow these steps.

  1. Select the product description on the item you'd like to update.
  2. Enter the new description and select Submit.
