How to sell a gift card at the POS

Before gift cards can be sold at the POS, a gift card SKU must be provisioned in the GT Backend. See the article How to enable the sale and redemption of gift cards.

How do I sell a gift card at the POS?

Follow these steps

To sell a gift card at the POS, follow these steps.

1. Select Actions > Sell Gift Card.
   

   

2. Select the Swipe Gift Card Here field and swipe or scan the gift card.
   

   

3. Choose one of the pre-programmed amounts ($100, $50, or $25) or manually enter an amount.
4. Select Add to Invoice.
5. Check out as usual.
