How do I search for a customer at the POS?

Follow these steps

To search for a customer at the POS, follow these steps.

1. Select Customer from the POS.
   

   

2. Begin searching by typing either the name or the phone number of the customer in the search bar.
   
   
3. At the bottom of the customer search, select Search to see a customer listing containing that name or number. Or select Exact to see a customer listing with the exact name or number.
   

   

4. After selecting your customer, you will see the customer's information on the screen. If you do not choose a customer, your default customer (usually walk-in customer) will be used.
