How do I apply a discount to only one line item on an invoice at the POS?

Follow these steps

To apply a discount to a line item, follow these steps.

1. Select the three vertical dots on the line item to be discounted.
2. Choose whether the discount is a percentage discount or a dollar discount.

   

     Heads up

   Dollar discounts are applied to the individual unit price. If you apply a $10.00 discount to a line item with 2 units, $10.00 will be deducted from each unit for a $20.00 total discount.

3. Using the keypad, enter the discount and select Submit.
   

   

4. The discount will appear under the line items description and under discounts at the bottom of the invoice.
