Before entering a wholesale order, make sure the customer has already been added to the GT Backend. For more information, see the article How to add a customer.

Where do I enter my wholesale or licensee orders?

Answer

To enter licensee and wholesale orders:

1. Select Selling > Customer Orders.
2. Select Actions > New Order.
3. Enter the Customer, the Delivery Date.
4. Add products to the customer order.
5. Select Submit.
