How to add or remove loyalty points at the POS

Manually adding or removing loyalty points must be enabled in POS settings. For more information, see the article How to enable loyalty point adjustment at the POS.

How do I manually add or remove loyalty points from a customer profile at the POS?

Follow these steps

  1. From the POS screen, select Customer, then select the customer who's points you would like to adjust. Note, points can't be adjusted on the Walk In Customer profile.
  2. Select Actions > Add/Remove Points.
  3. Enter the number of points to add or remove, then select Add Points or Remove Points.
